Designed, built, and running.
Real facilities we designed from infrastructure through operation — with the outcomes that matter to the people who run them every day.
One Faith Community Church
Central Plano, TX · House of Worship
From rental limitations to a purpose-built facility. A former game center reimagined into a ground-up worship facility in five months — engineered so a volunteer team can go from doors-open to service-ready in 15 minutes.
The challenge. For years OFCC rented a worship space with pre-installed systems they did not own and could not customize. Every Sunday was rigid — arrive at 1pm, set up until 3pm, rehearse, service at 5pm, with two people fighting the board and the room. The real problem was not the space. It was ownership.
A ground-up facility, not an equipment swap. Between February and July 2025 we designed and built the whole facility: a custom-engineered stage platform with integrated riser, square box-truss rigging with permanent power and DMX distribution, a complete electrical load analysis with dedicated AV circuits and professional grounding, every cable and conduit run engineered for distributed audio, camera, network and lighting, and a custom production booth laid out for volunteer operators.
Systems integration. An Allen & Heath Avantis replaced the previous M32, giving clean low-end and processing depth volunteers can actually learn. A ChamSys MQ50 replaced a basic light key, so volunteers program rather than just execute. A Blackmagic ATEM HD8 ISO with an integrated ProPresenter matrix gives one operator two buttons for a clean stream and record, and PTZOptics cameras run from presets rather than manual positioning.
